    AUTOMATIC SELF CLEANING BRUSH FILTER

    After water enters into the filter body from the entrance, the impurities in water sediment is filtered on the stainless steel strainer. Thus, it creates a pressure. Through the pressure switch to monitor the changes in pressure, when the pressure exceeds the setting value, the electric controller sends a signal to the hydraulic control valve and driving motor, and then triggers the following actions: motor drives the rotary brushes, clean the filter, control valve opening and blow down. The entire washing process takes several seconds. When the cleaning process is over, the control valves will close. The electrical motor will stop rotating and the system will return to its initial state, begin filtering into the next process.
    After the equipment is installed and commissioned by the technical staff, the time of filtering and cleaning is set. After water enters into the filter body, the filter starts to work, when it reaches the default time, the electric controller sends signal to the hydraulic control valve and drives the motor, and then triggers the following actions: motor drives the rotary brushes, cleans the filter, opens and closes the control valve. The entire washing process takes several seconds. When the cleaning is over, control valves are closes, electrical motor is stop rotating, and the system is returned to its initial state. It will begin filtering into the next process.
